First statement by the Russian delegation before the OSCE (23.09.2021)
The delegation of the Russian Federation expressly named Unkremlin e. V. in a statement before the OSCE Permanent Council (PC.DEL/1483/21, meeting journal PC.JOUR/1336). The meeting took place on 23.09.2021; the OSCE Conference Services distributed the document to the participating States the following day, 24.09.2021. Both dates appearing on this website are therefore correct — they refer to two different steps in the same event.
