On 3 March 2022, I published a post on my personal Facebook page. That post is referred to in the Russian delegation’s second statement before the OSCE of 08.04.2022.

In the subsequent proceedings, the Berlin Regional Court, Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs and Judge Groß also demonstrably had access to the Facebook account in question. Between 28.11. and 16.12.2024, posts that served as evidence were deleted there.
