Second statement by the Russian delegation before the OSCE
On 7 April 2022, at the 1367th meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, the delegation of the Russian Federation expressly named Unkremlin e. V. for a second time (PC.DEL/526/22) — in connection with the allegation of “Russophobia” and Russian journalists in Berlin. The OSCE Conference Services distributed the document to the participating States the following day, 08.04.2022.

Sixteen days later, on the night of 23 to 24.04.2022, the device whose discovery led to the charge is said to have been placed there, according to the findings in the judgment. The judgment explains the motive by stating that my protest had not brought “the attention not previously received”. For details: “What Moscow says about me”.
