Application to discharge court-appointed defence counsel
On 17.12.2024, I applied for lawyer Römer to be discharged as court-appointed defence counsel. The application later became the central subject of the order of the presiding judge of the 5th Criminal Senate of the Federal Court of Justice of 07.05.2025.
