Response without a prescribed form from Groß, presiding judge at the Regional Court (VRiLG), of 09.01.2025
On 14.01.2025, I received a response without a prescribed form from VRiLG GroßPresiding judge at the Berlin Regional Court I in criminal case 522 Ks 5/23. Dmitry Bagrash publicly alleges that he subsequently altered the judgment; on 02.09.2026 he filed a criminal complaint over this. No decision has yet been made on the complaint; the presumption of innocence applies. dated 09.01.2025. According to the list of annexes, he stated that he had asked my defence counsel for comments.

According to my account, defence counsel’s comments were not made available to me; nevertheless, they were subsequently used in the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) decision. This is a central point of the complaint alleging a violation of the right to be heard.
