Letter to the Federal Court of Justice
On 13.02.2025, I asked the Federal Court of Justice to acknowledge receipt of my supplement to the statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. of 20.01.2025 and to provide the file reference. At the same time, I referred to the revocation of the power of attorney and the application to discharge defence counsel.

This letter connects the issues concerning discharge of defence counsel with the question of whether my own supplements to the appeal had actually reached the BGH and been taken into account.
