Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment
This acknowledgement of receipt is important as a point of comparison: it shows that the Regional Court does indeed confirm receipt in writing when it wishes to do so. For the overwhelming majority of my later submissions — up to and including the application under § 109 StVollzG of 28.04.2026 — no comparable acknowledgement was ever issued.
