On 15.01.2025 and again on 16.01.2025, I informed the management of the prison division and the court registry officer (Urkundsbeamter) that I intended to file a criminal complaint and a complaint under administrative supervision (Dienstaufsichtsbeschwerde), involve the media and, if necessary, begin a hunger strike because of the clear perversion of justice (Rechtsbeugung) involved in refusing my supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The grounds for the appeal on points of law against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024..

Announcing a criminal complaint, a complaint under administrative supervision, publicity and a hunger strike is not an expression of a desire to escalate, but the complete list of means left to a prisoner when the formal route to judicial protection ends at the court registry. The fact that the prison and the justice authorities later characterised the hunger strike in particular as “blackmail” reverses cause and effect.
