Partial delivery of the supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law
On 17.01.2025 the court registry officer (Urkundsbeamter) began accepting my supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The grounds for the appeal on points of law against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. for recording by the court registry, but in a severely reduced form and with many defects.
Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment
On the day after the complete refusal, my supplement was partially recorded — in shortened form and, as I perceived it, with defects. This confirms the legal position: recording was possible. The dispute was never about whether it was possible, but only about the extent to which, and on whose instructions, it was not done.
