Submission to Kammergericht Berlin (Berlin Higher Regional Court)

For recording by the registry at Kammergericht Berlin, I requested acknowledgement of receipt under § 37 StPO of my application of 03.02.2025 for an interim measure (Einstweilige Einordnung) and a declaratory finding (sent by post myself with confirmation of deposit in the letterbox); I also request notification of the case reference at Kammergericht Berlin.

In my letter of 16.12.24 addressed to lawyer R., I revoked his power of attorney. On 17.12.24 I applied for lawyer R. to be discharged from his duties as defence counsel. To date I have received no decision from the LG (Regional Court) on this, despite the statement and complaint under § 198 GVG of 13.01.25 that I submitted.

I wish to inform the court that any possible letters from lawyer R. from 17.12.2024 onwards have no validity, as he is acting without a power of attorney and his discharge as defence counsel has been requested since then. There has been no communication with lawyer R. since September 24, and I therefore do not wish under any circumstances to be represented by him from 17.12.24 onwards. I accordingly ask the court to conduct all communication directly with me and under no circumstances with lawyer R. If my supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law of 20.01.25 has not reached the BGH (Federal Court of Justice), I request initiation of an investigation under §308 StPO against Presiding Judge Groß of the Landgericht (Regional Court) (VRiLG)Presiding Judge at Landgericht Berlin I (Berlin Regional Court I) in criminal case 522 Ks 5/23. Dmitry Bagrash publicly alleges that he altered the judgment after the fact; on 02.09.2026 he filed a criminal complaint on that basis. No decision has yet been made on the complaint; the presumption of innocence applies.. (Anlage 15_F2).
