At 6:25 I applied to the court registry officers at JVA Moabit to send a supplement to the grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The grounds for the appeal on points of law against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. (Part 3) to the BGH (Federal Court of Justice) under §§334, 345 StPO. No reply received to date.

I received no reply to this application — neither a refusal nor an acknowledgement of receipt. Refusal thus took a second form: alongside an express refusal came simple failure to respond, against which no legal remedy is available because there is no decision that can be challenged.
