Receipt of opened letters
On 24.04.2025 at 12:50, I received two letters that had already been opened: one was from Tiergarten Local Court (Amtsgericht Tiergarten) ** (not subject to mail monitoring), while the other was from a female acquaintance and could have been monitored.

The letter from Tiergarten Local Court was not subject to mail monitoring, yet it was opened; the private letter that could be monitored was opened too. The selection therefore follows no discernible legal criterion. It is also noteworthy that the mail concerned came from precisely the court whose registry refused to take my submissions on the record.
