Hunger strike
On 05.05.2025, I announced a hunger strike — for my fundamental rights, for the rule of law and for human dignity, relying on the announcements of the Federal President and the media.

The announcement was made one day before the start and was expressly described as a last resort. I attach importance to the sequence: first an application, then a complaint, then a complaint to a supervisory authority (Aufsichtsbeschwerde), then a criminal complaint — and only then the hunger strike. Anyone who reverses this sequence reaches the interpretation later chosen by Heidering Prison (JVA Heidering).
