Refusal by the registry official to accept my criminal complaint
On 05.05.2025, the responsible registry official of Tiergarten Local Court (Amtsgericht Tiergarten) refused to accept my criminal complaint concerning systematic violation of the secrecy of correspondence by the management of Moabit Prison (JVA Moabit) (see point 55).
Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash
On the same day that I began the hunger strike, taking my criminal complaint concerning violation of the secrecy of correspondence was also refused. The temporal coincidence is not accidental but is the reason: the hunger strike resulted from all formal avenues having been exhausted and blocked.
