Ending my hunger strike
I ended my hunger strike with the provisional result that the blocking of correspondence appears to have been overcome. Between 05.05.2025 and 20.05.2025, my supplements to the appeal on points of law (Revision), parts 3 to 8, and my statement concerning coronavirus aid were officially accepted.

The result of the hunger strike was purely factual: supplements to the appeal on points of law, parts 3 to 8, were accepted. Nothing had changed legally — no order, no instruction, no decision. That is precisely the finding: an entitlement that can be enforced only through refusal of food is not an effectively guaranteed entitlement.
