Time-limited matter: dispatch of the complaints alleging a violation of the right to be heard despite postal delay
On 26.05.2025, important documents were supposed to be delivered to me for preparing my written complaints alleging a violation of the right to be heard (Anhörungsrügen) to the Federal Court of Justice. The matter was subject to a time limit.
Despite the known urgency, release of my post was again delayed, so that the required documents became available to me only late. This repeated blocking of correspondence considerably impeded timely and proper preparation and filing of my complaints alleging a violation of the right to be heard.

Two obstructions coincide here: entry of an oral submission on the record had been refused that morning, and the documents required for the written version were handed over late. With a one-week time limit, delaying release of the post is functionally equivalent to denial of the legal remedy.
