Opened A4 letter after threat of a hunger strike

On 30.05.2025, I received an A4 letter (consignment number RR 7463 7782 1DE112), which had already been sent on 26.05.2025. Observation: The letter was handed over only after my announced hunger-strike measure — in an opened state and with visible interference with the contents. Explanatory hypothesis: The timing in relation to the announcement suggests deliberate control of the time of delivery. Gap in the evidence: From the envelope and the sequence of events alone, I cannot prove who opened the letter and why it was handed over at precisely that time; I am recording the sequence, not proven deliberate interference by particular people.

Comment — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash

A letter that lies for four days and is handed over only after a hunger strike is announced demonstrates that the process can be controlled. The finding is not the delay itself but its end: it ended in response to a situation of pressure, not to an application.
