Sudden transfer to Heidering correctional facility (JVA Heidering)

The transfer took place without advance notice and in the middle of several ongoing proceedings subject to deadlines. My writing materials and documents initially remained at the transferring facility. In my assessment, the transfer is connected with my submissions to the Senatsverwaltung für Justiz (Berlin Senate Department for Justice): in the preceding weeks, the supervisory authority had consistently referred my complaints back to the facility, most recently by letter of 16.06.2025 (Anlage 56_F2); the facility, in turn, refused any written decision. I have no evidence of a targeted order for the transfer; I record the timing. The consequences are documented on the following three pages: cancelled attendance, refusal of a ballpoint pen, an alleged missed deadline. Moreover, the transfer took place without a prior assessment for treatment planning or a sentence-plan conference — the first summons to the EWA Commission is dated only 13.03.2026, more than three years after imprisonment began (chronology no. 137, Anlage 156_F2).
