Immediate application for an appointment with the authorised registry official after arrival at Heidering correctional facility (JVA Heidering)
Immediately after my arrival at JVA Heidering on 10.06.2025, I made an express oral application to the responsible group leader, Ms Dahms, to enable an appointment with the authorised registry official (Urkundsbeamter) at short notice. I expressly pointed out that the matters were subject to deadlines — particularly the complete recording of the complaint alleging a violation of the right to be heard (Anhörungsrüge), since it had not been recorded in full at Moabit Prison (JVA Moabit).

I made the application on the day of arrival at the new facility and drew attention to the applicable deadline. The reason was that my complaint alleging a violation of the right to be heard had not been recorded in full at JVA Moabit. The transfer thus had an immediate consequence for ongoing proceedings subject to a deadline.
