Written application to the facility management
On 11.06.2025 at 08:20 I submitted a written application to the management of Heidering correctional facility (JVA Heidering) concerning the matter previously explained orally (see point 83), particularly requesting the timely organisation of an appointment with the authorised registry official for recording the complaint alleging a violation of the right to be heard (Anhörungsrüge), which was subject to a deadline.

I repeated the application in writing the following day so that it could be proved. This application of 11.06.2025 is the same one on which a decision was made only on 04.11.2025 — after almost five months — and which became the subject of proceedings 599 StVK 215/25 Vollz and later the appeal on points of law (Rechtsbeschwerde) 5 Ws 17/26.
