Access to court 24.06.2025

Urgent application for additional electronic delivery (email)

On 24.06.2025 I make an express and courteous application to the Bundesverfassungsgericht (Federal Constitutional Court) for additional electronic delivery (email) of all correspondence. Because of the substantial difficulties and repeated problems in receiving postal shipments, which seriously impair my procedural rights, I urgently ask the court, in parallel with postal delivery, to send me all future

correspondence also to the following email address: bagrash.presse@gmail.com

Dmitry Bagrash, JVA Heidering (Heidering Prison), Ernst-Stargardt-Allee 1, 14979 Großbeeren — To the Bundesverfassungsgericht, Schlossbezirk 3, 76131 Karlsruhe. Berlin, 24.06.2025.

Subject: Urgent application for additional electronic delivery (email) of all correspondence concerning case number AR 1067/25 because of continuing difficulties and risks in receiving postal correspondence.

Dear Sir or Madam, I hereby courteously and expressly apply for all correspondence from the Bundesverfassungsgericht in the proceedings with case number AR 1067/25 to be sent, in addition to postal delivery, to the following email address: bagrash.presse@gmail.com

I justify this exceptional measure by the already known and continuing substantial difficulties in receiving my postal shipments. Unfortunately, there is currently a considerable risk that important correspondence subject to deadlines will not reach me by post or will be delivered late. The recent events involving Deutsche Post (DHL) have shown that, despite my proper dispatch of postal documents, they were either considerably delayed or not delivered at all. This substantially impairs my procedural rights and seriously jeopardises compliance with my time limits and my opportunities for legal protection.

To counter this risk and secure my fundamental procedural rights, I therefore urgently request that all documents also be sent electronically by email in parallel with postal delivery.

Thank you very much for your understanding and support in ensuring effective legal protection in my particular situation.

Yours sincerely, Dimitri Bagrash
