Decisions on two constitutional complaints

On 11.09.2025 I received the decisions of 01.09.2025 on my two constitutional complaints of 16.06.2025 (in an opened envelope).

Both complaints were rejected on the following grounds: “The constitutional complaint is not accepted for decision.”

By way of reasons, the court stated that the grounds of my complaint did not coherently demonstrate the possibility of a violation of specific constitutional law.

Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash

Neither constitutional complaint was accepted for decision, without reasons being given. This is permissible under § 93d Abs. 1 Satz 3 BVerfGG. For the person concerned, it means that the substantive objections — judgment without a list of provisions, denied access to a registry official — have never been examined on the merits in any proceedings. The orders themselves reached me in an opened envelope.
