On 27.12.2025 I sent the Bundesverfassungsgericht (Federal Constitutional Court) a request for information on the status of my constitutional complaint filed on 24.11.2025 (KG Berlin (Berlin Higher Regional Court), order of 31.10.2025, 3 Ws 48/25 + 49/25). I referred to delivery on 25.11.2025 according to Deutsche Post (tracking number: RT 1330 0698 4DE) and requested information on receipt, the case reference and the status of the proceedings. (Anlage 90_F2)

Dmitry Bagrash, JVA Heidering, Ernst-Stargardt-Allee 1, 14979 Großbeeren, register no.: 327/25-7 — To the Bundesverfassungsgericht, Schlossbezirk 3, 76131 Karlsruhe. Großbeeren, 27.12.2025. Subject: request for information on the status of the constitutional complaint of 24.11.2025.

Dear Sir or Madam, on 24 November 2025 I submitted in writing to the Bundesverfassungsgericht a constitutional complaint against decisions of the Berlin Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht Berlin; order of 31.10.2025 – 3 Ws 48/25 + 49/25) and against the underlying omissions of the Berlin Regional Court (Landgericht Berlin).

According to the information available to me from Deutsche Post, the letter was delivered to the Bundesverfassungsgericht on 25 November 2025 (tracking number: RT 1330 0698 4DE). To this day, however, I have received neither an acknowledgment of receipt nor a case reference nor any other information on the status of the proceedings.

I therefore respectfully request information on whether my constitutional complaint of 24.11.2025 has been received by the Bundesverfassungsgericht, under which case reference it is being handled if applicable, and the current status of the proceedings. If documents are missing or formal supplements are required, please advise me accordingly.

Yours sincerely, Dmitry Bagrash

Commentary — Dmitry Bagrash’s assessment

The request for information on the status of the proceedings relies on Deutsche Post’s proof of delivery of 25.11.2025. I consistently include tracking numbers because it has repeatedly been disputed in these proceedings whether documents arrived at all. The proof of delivery replaces the acknowledgment of receipt that I did not receive.
