I submit an application to the Berlin Prosecutor General’s Office (hereafter GSdA) to enable calls to the telephone number 030/21280830 of the Jewish community Chabad Berlin (Annex 20_F3).

This application begins a chain that will last 140 days. The issue was enabling calls to the telephone number of a religious community. Access to a member of the clergy is protected by Art. 4 GG and § 53 StVollzG and is not at the discretion of the prosecuting authority. The following pages show how something self-evident became proceedings across several levels of jurisdiction.
