I submit an application to the management (hereafter AL) of JVA Moabit correctional facility to enable calls to the telephone number 030/21280830 (Jewish community), enclosing an explanation of the legal position (Annex 4_F3).

The application to the facility management already contained an account of the legal position. I named the provision myself each time because I had no defence counsel whom I could reach. I consider the remarkable part of this episode to be that a prisoner must explain the legal position to the facility in order to obtain telephone contact with a religious community.
