telephone number, with a detailed explanation of the legal position and a reference to the violation of my fundamental right (Annex 5_F3).

The second application expressly refers to the violation of a fundamental right. Thus, by 31.10.2024 at the latest, the facility management knew that I regarded the episode as an interference with the right protected by Art. 4 GG. There was no substantive consideration of this.
