I submit an application for a judicial decision (AagE):
1) concerning the lifting of the restrictions under §119 StPO, which, however, had nothing to do with my struggle to obtain permission to establish contact with the religious community
2) my repeated applications and requests to enable contact with the Jewish community by enabling calls to the telephone numbers were ignored and rejected (Annex 9_F3).

The application combines two points that were later played off against each other in the order of 08.01.2025: lifting the detention restrictions under § 119 StPO and the independent question of contact with the religious community. I already made clear here that the two had nothing to do with each other.
