I send a letter to the Jewish community Chabad Berlin, referring to the legal position concerning postal correspondence with a religious community. I handed over the letter at 6:20 and received it back at 12:15.
I was told to open the letter and send it to the Prosecutor General’s Office (GStA) for inspection. I rejected this requirement. (Annex 12_F3).

Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash
The letter was returned to me with instructions to send it open to the Prosecutor General’s Office for inspection. I refused. In my view, mail to a religious community is not subject to submission to the prosecuting authority for inspection of its content; at most, the facility would have been entitled to inspect it.
