Under observation by the State Criminal Police Office (LKA), I manage to tell my wife in a 20-minute Skype call about the forthcoming start of my hunger strike (02.12.2024) in protest against the suppression of my contact with the Jewish community; I also ask her to inform the media and Jewish institutions in Germany about the hunger strike. The LKA observer informs Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (OSta) and Judge Groß.

I was only able to communicate the announcement of the hunger strike to the outside world through a monitored video call. Thus, already in November 2024, what recurs in 2025 and 2026 is documented: the route to the outside world runs through publicity and pressure rather than through legal remedies.
