(30.08.2024) is regarded as an official reply to my application (18.11.2024) to be handed the written prohibition in the decision of Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (OSta) (30.08.2024), and is therefore not handed over.

The facility declared the oral prohibition on handing over the decision to be the official reply to my written application. An oral notification of a prohibition is not a formal decision, however: it contains neither reasons nor a notice of available remedies and cannot be placed on file. The refusal was thus again removed from scrutiny.
