I send a statement to the Berlin Regional Court (LG Berlin) in response to the letter from Judge Groß of 25.11.2024. I expressly ask that the judge be prevented from attempting to “informally set aside” the applications for a judicial decision (AagE) already submitted. I insist on the need for a finding of unlawfulness because there is a risk of repetition of the violation of the fundamental right by the Moabit facility management (AL) and Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (Senior Public Prosecutor Klaus Michael (OStA) Wachs, a central figure of the prosecution in the proceedings.
