I receive a reply from the Moabit facility management (AL) to my application of 18.11.2024 to be handed the decision of Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (Senior Public Prosecutor Klaus Michael (OStA) Wachs, a central figure of the prosecution in the proceedings. Also mentioned in the parliamentary report on the Breitscheidplatz case.) of 30.08.2024 refusing to enable calls to the telephone number of the Jewish community in Berlin.

The written reply arrived more than two weeks after my application and three months after the original decision. I record the dates alongside each other because the duration itself is the subject here: the issue throughout was merely handing over a decision that already existed.
