I submitted an application for a judicial decision concerning the letter of 04.12.2024, so that I would be handed the refusal decision of Senior Public Prosecutor Wachs (Senior Public Prosecutor Klaus Michael (OStA) Wachs, a central figure of the prosecution in the proceedings.
