Isolation at JVA Moabit correctional facility after the arrest
After his arrest in December 2022, Dmitry Bagrash was, according to his own account, completely isolated for around thirteen months. Only after the court lifted this isolation was he able to take exercise in the yard with other prisoners.

Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash
These thirteen months of isolation are the starting point for everything that follows in Case 5. Only after the court lifted it did I have any contact at all with other prisoners — including the fellow prisoner from whom the later threat came.
