On the day before the judgment was pronounced, Pavlo S. visited Bagrash’s cell, according to Bagrash’s account. Bagrash assumed that the conversation was being monitored and spoke about his case and planned political steps after release.
The alleged real-time monitoring has not been independently substantiated to date.

I assumed that this conversation was being monitored and therefore deliberately spoke about my case and my political plans after release. I cannot substantiate that monitoring actually took place — it is my assumption, nothing more.
