On 16.09.2024, the Berlin Police sent a witness questionnaire. Bagrash replied on 23.09.2024 and identified possible witnesses and video recordings (a fax transmission report is available). On 24.09.2024, the police required a reply in German. On 26.11.2024, Bagrash asked about the status of the proceedings.
