Constitutional complaint and public dissemination
The constitutional complaint (see Chronology F2-166) is dated 10.07.2026, and the accompanying press email was sent on 12.07.2026. According to Bagrash’s account, Pavlo S. was subsequently transferred to an even closer workplace — a causal connection has not been documented to date.

I find the sequence of events striking: the constitutional complaint on 10.07.2026, the press mailing on 12.07.2026, followed by a further reduction in the distance between the workplaces. I cannot substantiate a causal connection and do not claim one.
