Three-month ban on video calls — reported danger remains unaddressed
At 11:30, unit head Lohmeier (MTAL) heard Bagrash in the presence of two social workers; video calls were barred for three months without any legal basis being given when asked. The previously reported danger from Pavlo S. was not addressed during this conversation — although the same social worker who had received the report the previous day was present.

Commentary — assessment by Dmitry Bagrash
This conversation concerned only my video address. The danger to my life that I had reported in writing two days earlier was not addressed. For me, that is the core issue: my public statement was followed by a sanction within two days; my report of danger was followed by nothing.
