Earlier documented report of danger concerning Pavlo S. at JVA Heidering correctional facility
In my declaration in lieu of oath (eidesstattliche Erklärung) of 27.10.2025 (Annex 81_F2), I recorded that Pavlo S. appeared in workshop 3 at JVA Heidering correctional facility in mid-October 2025 and there — after I had criticised the Prosecutor General’s Office and the institution’s management — again threatened me with death without witnesses.
The same document contains the history of the earlier conflict at JVA Moabit correctional facility and my suspicion at the time of an organised provocation. External direction is not proven by Annex 81_F2 and is expressly presented only as a hypothesis to be examined.
What is documented, however, is that by 27.10.2025 at the latest I had recorded a renewed threat by Pavlo S. at JVA Heidering in writing and in a declaration in lieu of oath (an Eides statt) — more than seven months before my transfer to work unit 2 on 10.06.2026.
