Urgent application for safe continued employment and loss of earnings
On 06.08.2026, I prepared an urgent application to the management of JVA Heidering correctional facility, dated 07.08.2026.
In it, I demand immediate written clarification of the designation “Suspended”, safe continued employment without contact with Sergej J., retention of pay grade V, classification of the absences as through no fault of my own, and continued payment of wages or, in the alternative, full compensation for lost earnings.
I set a deadline of 12.08.2026 for the written decision; I demand protective measures and assignment to safe work immediately. The application was prepared for fax transmission on the morning of 07.08.2026 to both of the institution’s fax numbers; actual transmission will be documented separately once the transmission report has been received.

The application separates the two issues that coincide here: my protection from a reported danger and the economic consequences of a measure that I did not cause.
