Sentence plan: the deadline “no later than 13.09.2026” has passed — application for a plan conference

The sentence-plan conference took place on 13 March 2026 at JVA Moabit; the plan of 17 April 2026 itself fixes its update for “no later than 13.09.2026”. To date there has been neither a conference nor a date. In my application of 15 October 2026 to the management of JVA Heidering, for the attention of Mr Lars Lohmeier, I demand the conference within two weeks, a written explanation and the names of those responsible. The letter is at the same time the application for action under § 113(1) StVollzG; a copy goes to the Senate Department for Justice as the supervisory authority. Source: Anlage 236_F2.
