Sent by fax to the 95th chamber for matters concerning execution of sentences (Strafvollstreckungskammer) of Landgericht Berlin I (Berlin Regional Court I): status enquiry with an application to expedite proceedings and a precautionary formal objection to delay (Verzögerungsrüge) under § 198 para. 3 GVG. Following the complete exchange of statements, there is still no decision on the merits while the challenged sentence plan remains in effect.
