The dispatch to the Senate Department (Senatsverwaltung) was repeated on 02.09.2026 via the second fax number; the number (030) 9013 2000 failed for the second time and should no longer be used as the primary route for this recipient.
Concerning dispatch no. 3 — my own error. The number used, (030) 2325 1048, is not the number of the President of the House of Representatives (Abgeordnetenhaus). The correct number is (030) 2325 1008. Transmission through it succeeded on 02.09.2026 at 18:29. The incorrect number came from my own letters of 30.03.2026 and was copied forward from then on; transmission attempts to 1048 failed on 31.03.2026, 01.09.2026 and 02.09.2026. Receipt by the President is thus proved for the first time on 02.09.2026 — not as early as March 2026.
