For recording by the registry official of Tiergarten Local Court (Amtsgericht Tiergarten) (judicial officer Rechtspfleger Penke), I request authorisation for several Skype sessions with my wife and my then minor son under § 119a StPO. Reasons: the justified concern of continued influence by OStA Wachs, the lack of a social bond with my son after one and a half years of pre-trial detention, and my express willingness to accept any observation and eavesdropping on the conversations — my sole concern was making contact.
