Acceptance/receipt of the first-instance judgment
According to the list of annexes to the constitutional complaints, the judgmentThe judgment of the Berlin Regional Court (LG Berlin) of 22.07.2024 initially contained no list of the provisions applied (§ 260 Abs. 5 StPO). That list was inserted subsequently only on 30.07.2025 — 373 days later and after the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) decision. of the Berlin Regional Court of 22.07.2024 is listed as accepted or served on 24.07.2024. It thus became the central point of reference for the subsequent chain of legal remedies.

For the subsequent constitutional-law assessment, not only the content of the judgment but also its use as the basis of the appeal-on-points-of-law proceedings (Revision) is significant.
