According to my account, on 06.12.2024 I received for the first time the statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. from court-appointed defence counsel. Only then did it become apparent that substantial arguments, complaints and evidentiary aspects of my own had not been included, or had been included inadequately.

This point in time is important for case 1 because it was from then on that an independent supplement to the appeal became necessary. At the same time, communication with defence counsel had, in my view, already practically broken down.
