Application for a judicial decision and access to the case file

On 10.12.2024, I applied for a judicial decision on an extension of the deadline or on the possibility of supplementing the statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. and requested access to the case file. The background was that communication with defence counsel had not been functioning for months, and I could properly supplement my appeal only with access to the file.
