Complaint concerning judicial inactivity
On 13.01.2025, I lodged a complaint concerning judicial inactivity. It concerned the applications of 10.12.2024, 11.12.2024 and 17.12.2024 that had not yet been decided, and sought in particular the discharge of defence counsel and access to the case file.

This complaint is relevant to case 1 because it documents, before the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) orders, that the central problems had been expressly raised at an early stage.
