Application to the Kammergericht (Higher Regional Court) for an interim order and a declaratory ruling
On 03.02.2025, I applied to the Berlin Higher Regional Court (Kammergericht) for an interim order and a declaratory ruling. The application concerned, in particular, the forwarding and acknowledgement of letters relating to the appeal on points of law (Revision) and complaints, as well as a declaration that the inactivity and misleading conduct were unlawful.

The application shows that judicial protection against the obstruction of supplements to the appeal had already been sought before the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) decisions.
