Application to the Federal Court of Justice
On 17.02.2025, I submitted a further application to the Federal Court of Justice. It concerned the acceptance of the supplement to the statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision)The statement of grounds for the appeal on points of law (Revision) against the judgment of 22.07.2024, submitted by court-appointed defence counsel on 28.11.2024. of 20.01.2025, a finding that the power of attorney had been revoked, the lack of access to the case file, and the invalidity of further submissions by defence counsel who was no longer authorised to act.
